Shipping Policy

  • 1. Made-to-Order Production

  • All stools are manufactured to order based on your selected fabric specification.

  • Production will only begin once:

  • Full payment has been received, and

  • Fabric selection has been confirmed

  • The estimated production lead time is 6 weeks.

  • This lead time forms part of the contract agreed at the point of purchase.

  • 2. Delivery Area

  • We deliver within a 150-mile radius of Peterborough, United Kingdom.

  • Orders placed outside this area may be cancelled unless agreed in writing prior to purchase.

  • 3. Delivery Method

  • Delivery is fulfilled by our approved manufacturing supplier.

  • Delivery is provided on a:

  • Kerbside or main entrance basis only

  • Drivers are not required to:

  • Enter buildings

  • Deliver beyond the main entrance

  • Assemble or install products

  • You are responsible for arranging safe handling and movement of goods beyond the delivery point.

  • 4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Approximately 6 weeks from order confirmation

  • Under UK law, goods must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. By placing an order, you agree to the extended lead time stated above.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • 5. Access & Failed Delivery

  • You must ensure:

  • Accurate delivery details are provided

  • Safe and suitable access is available

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

  • If delivery fails due to:

  • Access restrictions

  • Incorrect information

  • No one available to receive goods

  • Additional delivery charges may apply.

  • 6. Risk and Responsibility

  • Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery to the agreed location.

  • We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery has been completed.

  • 7. Inspection on Delivery

  • You must inspect the goods at the time of delivery.

  • Any issues must be reported within 48 hours, including:

  • Damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect goods

  • Failure to notify us within this timeframe will be deemed acceptance of the goods.

  • 8. Delays Outside Our Control

  • We rely on third-party manufacturers and delivery providers.

  • Delays may occur due to:

  • Supplier production issues

  • Material shortages

  • Transport disruption

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

  • If delays occur, we will provide an updated timeframe.

  • Where delivery cannot be fulfilled within a reasonable period, you may cancel the undelivered portion of your order and receive a refund for that portion.
